摘 要:基于OED483Q小型船用VGT增压柴油机,通过试验,研究推进特性下,VGT开度对柴油机动力性、经济性等的影响。试验表明:推进特性下,随着VGT开度减小,各负荷的增压压力及增压器转速呈上升趋势。而在低负荷下,随着开度减小,输出扭矩增加,有效燃油消耗率降低。在中高负荷下,随着开度减小,输出扭矩总体呈先上升后下降的趋势,研究结果可为船用柴油机采用VGT增压技术提供一定的指导依据。Based on the OED483Q small marine VGT supercharged diesel engine,the influence of VGT opening on the performance of the diesel engine and the determination of the optimal VGT opening degree were studied through experiments.The test results show that under the propulsion characteristics,with the VGT opening degree decreasing,the supercharging pressure and supercharger rotation speed of each load condition are increasing,and the trend of load is more obvious.Under low load conditions,as the opening degree decreases,the output torque increases,and the effective fuel consumption rate decreases but the change trend is not obvious.Under medium and high load conditions,as the degree of opening decreases,the trend of output torque generally rises first and then falls.Under each load,there is a corresponding output torque peak.The research results can provide certain guidance for the use of VGT supercharging technology in marine diesel engines.
