摘 要:针对涡桨飞机飞行中发动机振动剧烈的问题,以降低发动机振动向飞机机体的传递为目的,基于橡胶隔振原理设计了一种全尺寸大功率涡桨发动机隔振系统。以刚性边界支撑条件下力的传递率为隔振性能评价准则,设计了涡桨发动机隔振性能试验系统,通过试验方法研究了不同激励对隔振系统隔振性能的影响。试验研究结果表明:发动机在70 Hz处不同峰值载荷的一阶激励,隔振效率达到95%以上;发动机在15~2000 Hz内不同均方根值的随机激励下,隔振效率达到75%以上;由相位差法测试得到系统的损耗因子大于2.2。可见,该隔振系统具有优良的阻尼性,本研究可为涡桨发动机隔振系统设计与性能验证提供技术支撑。Aiming at the problem of severe vibration of turboprop aircraft engine in flight,a high-power turbo⁃prop engine vibration isolation system is designed based on rubber vibration isolation principle to reduce the transmission of engine vibration to the airframe.Then,using the force transmissibility under the condition of rig⁃id boundary support as the evaluation criterion of vibration isolation performance,the performance verification test platform of the vibration isolation system is designed,and the influence of different excitation on the vibra⁃tion isolation performance of the engine vibration isolation system is studied by the experimental method.The experimental results show that the vibration isolation efficiency of the engine under the first-order excitation at 70 Hz is more than 95%.The vibration isolation efficiency of the engine under the random excitation from 15 Hz to 2000 Hz is more than 75%.The loss factor of the system measured by the phase method is more than 2.2,which indicates that the designed vibration isolation system has excellent damping performance.The paper can provide technical support for the design and performance verification of turboprop engine vibration isolation system.
