摘 要:以某高速铁路路基基床底层填筑料源为引线,通过对现有料场与周边料源的调查与试验研究分析,提出了基床底层填料的改良方案,并对改良土的生产制备方案、工艺及控制要点进行了详细的论述,通过技术和经济两方面评估了改良方案的可行性。研究表明,掺入30%碎石用于填筑基床底层路基,其压实标准E_(v2),E_(vd),K_(30)和n均能满足铁路路基基床底层填筑标准要求,且经济效益显著。研究成果可为高速铁路路基基床底层填料的改良提供借鉴。Based on the filling project of the bottom layer of subgrade bed of a high speed railway,the improvement scheme of the bottom layer of subgrade bed filling was proposed through the investigation and experimental analysis of the existing material yard and surrounding material sources.The production plan,technology and control points of improved soil were discussed in detail.The feasibility of the improvement scheme was evaluated from both technical and economic aspects.The results show that when 30%crushed stone is used to fill the subgrade of the subgrade,the compaction standards E_(v2),E_(vd),K_(30) and n can meet the requirements of the railway subgrade bed bottom filling standard,and the economic benefits are significant.The research results can provide reference for the improvement of high-speed railway subgrade.
