摘  要:将科学研究成果设计成综合性创新实验,让对科研感兴趣的工科大学生选择具有挑战性的实验,培养学生的科研素养和创新能力。实验内容为1,4-萘二甲酸(1,4-ndc)为第一配体,邻二氮菲(1,10-phen)含氮杂环类配体为第二配体,硝酸镉为金属盐通过水热合成方法,合成新型金属有机配位聚合物,即金属有机框架(Metal Organic Framework,MOF),并对其进行了吸附效果研究。本实验不仅可以锻炼学生的实验操作及设计能力,还能使学生对有机化学,分析化学,无机化学及物理化学相关课程的理论内容联系实际,加深理解,也进一步激发学生对科学研究的兴趣。The results of scientific research are designed as comprehensive innovative experiments, so that engineering college students who are interested in scientific research can choose challenging experiments, and cultivate their scientific research literacy and innovation ability. In this study, 1,4-naphthalene dicarboxylic acid(1,4-ndc) was used as the first ligand, 1,10-phenanthroline(1,10-phen) as the second ligand, and cadmium nitrate as the metal salt. Under suitable conditions, a new type of coordination polymer(Metal Organic Framework, MOF) was synthesized by hydrothermal method. This experiment can not only exercise students’ ability of experiment operation and design, but also make students understand the theory and content of organic chemistry, analytical chemistry, inorganic chemistry and physical chemistry with practice. Furthermore, the experiment stimulates students’ interest in scientific research.
