摘　　要：基于国家能源战略的新要求,创新型人才的新需求,通过对实验教学、课程设计、生产实习、毕业实习以及毕业设计综合改革,同时通过构建多元化的考评机制,对专业实践环节进行持续的改进,培养锻炼学生动手能力、理论结合实际能力、分析解决问题能力,从而大幅度提高了人才培养质量,对同类专业的改革与建设具有示范和借鉴意义。Based on the new requirements of the national energy strategy and the new needs of innovative talents, through the comprehensive reform of experimental teaching, curriculum design, production practice, graduation practice and graduation design, and through the construction of a diversified evaluation mechanism, the professional practice link is continuously improved to cultivate students’ practical ability, theory combined with practice ability and problem-solving ability, Thus, the quality of personnel training has been greatly improved, which has a demonstration and reference significance for the reform and construction of similar majors.
