摘　　要：玻璃马赛克瓷砖、三角形的窗户、紧凑旋转的建筑体量及其好似推入基座的玻璃结构,这一切都让这座新建的弗兰德斯省政府行政综合楼如此与众不同。这座建筑共15层,高度约58m,它在安特卫普的城市剪影中显得鹤立鸡群,人们从很远处就能一眼看到它。项目位于一处植被茂盛、小路蜿蜒的公园内。但之前这里并非如此。省政府之前位于一座现代化的建筑综合体内,占据了整个场地。但是按照当今的可持续标准对其进行修复并不可行。Glass mosaic tiles,triangular fenestration and a compact pivoted building volume with a glazed pavilion thrust through at the base make this new provincial government complex for Flanders quite unique.With its 15 storeys and a height of almost 58 metres,the structure rises far above the urban silhouette of Antwerp,attracting attention to itself from afar.The development is located in a park with extensive planted areas and gently meandering paths.That was not always the case.This seat of government was once situated in a modernistic building complex that occupied the entire site;but its rehabilitation would not have been possible in accordance with present-day sustainability standards.
