摘　　要：儿童肥胖已成为我国严峻的公共健康问题。为了制定用于评估、治疗和预防儿童肥胖的临床实践指南,该指南采用GRADE(推荐分级的评估、制定与评价)方法评价证据质量,针对我国儿童肥胖进行了系统评价,并应用了已经发表的系统评价和独立研究证据。儿童肥胖症的筛查应采用分层、合理的方法,以便在出现严重的并发症之前及早发现异常情况。一旦发生肥胖,通过改变生活方式难以获得有效和持久的减重效果,因此应将促进健康的饮食、活动和环境等作为预防儿童肥胖的主要目标。应严格限制减重药物在儿童青少年肥胖症中的应用。对于严重肥胖、影响发育并且通过改变生活方式减重失败的青少年,可以实施减重手术。Childhood obesity has become a serious public health problem in China.In order to formulate clinical practice guidelines for the evaluation,treatment and prevention of childhood obesity,this guideline used GRADE(Grades of Recommendation,Assessment,Development,and Evaluation)method to evaluate the quality of evidence,conducted a systematic review about childhood obesity in China,including published systematic reviews and independent research evidence.The screening of childhood obesity should adopt a stratified and reasonable method to detect abnormalities early before serious complications occur.Once obesity occurs,it is difficult to obtain effective and long-lasting therapeutic effects by changing lifestyle.Therefore,the promotion of healthy diet,activities and environment should be the main goal for preventing childhood obesity.The application of weight-loss drugs in children and adolescents with obesity should be strictly restricted.For adolescents who are severely obese which affect their development,and fail to lose weight through lifestyle changes,bariatric surgery can be performed.
