摘　　要：新形势下,提升教工党支部战斗堡垒作用对加强党支部建设、提升高校党建工作质量都具有重要的意义。梳理了高校教工党支部战斗堡垒作用发挥研究的现实意义,分析了当前教工党支部作用发挥现存问题,从加强政治引领、增强组织建设、夯实党建基础、强化宗旨意识、完善考核体系五个方面阐述了提升高校教工党支部战斗堡垒作用的路径。In the new situation,it is of great significance to enhance the role of the teachers’Party branch as a fighting fortress to strengthen the Party branch construction and improve the quality of the Party construction in universities.This article starts with reviewed studies of the role of university teachers’Party branches as a fighting fortress and the practical significance of these studies,and then provides an analysis of existing problems in the roles played by current teachers’Party branches.It ends with five proposed ways to promote the role of teachers’Party branch as a fighting fortress,including strengthening political guidance,enhancing organizational construction,consolidating the Party building foundation,heightening service awareness and improving evaluation system.
