摘 要:对食品微生物实验教学进行了改革,采用在线课程教学、虚拟仿真实验与传统课堂教学相结合的教学方式,从课程内容建设、教学模式和课程考核评价等多方面进行组织和设计,以优化教学过程,引导学生自主学习。利用线上虚拟仿真技术辅助线下微生物实验课堂教学,可提高学生的操作技能,牢固掌握知识要点,教学效果良好。通过对微生物实验线上线下混合教学模式进行探讨,可为加快教育教学方式现代化以及后疫情时代的教育教学改革提供借鉴。In this article we report the reform of experimental teaching of food microbiology.In the reform we combined online course teaching and virtual simulation experiment with traditional classroom teaching from the aspects of curriculum content,teaching method and curriculum assessment,with an intended purpose to optimize the instructional process and guide students’autonomous learning.The result of the reform suggests that using online virtual simulation technology to assist offline microbial experiment classroom teaching achieved good teaching results.Students’operational skills were improved,and students firmly grasped the key points of knowledge.By discussing the online and offline blended teaching mode of microbial experiment,we hope to provide reference for the modernization of teaching methods and the educational reform in the post epidemic era.
