摘　　要：直线式银基材料组件自动焊机是一种对银基带材与铜带材进行在线焊接成型的电触头材料生产设备。本文介绍一种基于信捷PLC控制器的新型银基材料组件自动焊机,它由人机交互界面、CCD图像处理器、铜带伺服送料装置、银带伺服送料装置、中频直流逆变电源、PLC等部件构成,可实现银基材料组件高速自动焊接、CCD图像识别、计数控制停机、缺料停机、剪切次品等功能。该自动焊接设备焊接质量稳定,生产效率高,具有一定的推广应用价值。The linear automatic welding machine for silver based material components is an electrical contact material production equipment for on-line welding of silver based strip and copper strip.This paper introduces a new type of automatic welding machine for silver based material components based on Xinjie PLC controller.It is composed of human-computer interface,CCD image processor,copper belt servo feeding device,silver belt servo feeding device,medium frequency DC inverter,PLC and other components.It can realize high-speed automatic welding of silver based material components,CCD image recognition,counting control shutdown,material shortage shutdown Cutting defective products and other functions.The automatic welding equipment has stable welding quality and high production efficiency,and has certain popularization and application value.
