摘  要:在无溶剂和无催化剂条件下合成了一系列具有各种生理和药理作用的苯并咪唑类衍生物,以邻苯二胺和甲醛为反应模型在无溶剂和无催化剂条件下优化了反应温度。在此基础上,使用取代醛和邻苯二胺合成了9个不同取代的苯并咪唑类衍生物,收率良好。与传统的合成方法相比,该方法克服了传统合成方法中溶剂对环境造成的污染及分步合成的不便,具有无溶剂、无催化、条件温和、收率良好、操作简便等优点,符合绿色化学的要求。In this paper, a series of benzimidazole compounds with various physiological and pharmacological effects, were synthesized in solvent-free and catalyst-free conditions;o-phenylenediamine and formaldehyde were used as reaction models to optimize the reaction temperature in solvent-free and catalyst-free conditions. On this basis, 9 different substituted benzimidazole compounds were synthesized with different substituted aldehyde and o-phenylenediamine, and good yields were obtained. Compared with the traditional synthetic methods, this work overcomes the environmental pollution caused by the use of solvent and the inconvenience of stepwise reaction and has the advantages of solvent-free,catalyst-free, mild condition, high yield and easy operation, which also conforms to the green chemistry.
