蛋重、蛋形和蛋壳厚度对庄河大骨鸡孵化率的影响

摘　　要：为研究蛋重、蛋形指数、蛋壳厚度对庄河大骨鸡种蛋孵化率的影响,选取36周龄健康种鸡产种蛋1257枚,按蛋重分为5组,相同条件孵化,分析蛋重、蛋形指数、蛋壳厚度对种蛋失重率、孵化率和初生重的影响。试验期28 d。结果显示,36周庄河大骨鸡所产种蛋平均蛋重为64.13 g,各种蛋组间7、12、19胚龄蛋重均差异显著(P<0.05);C组(初始蛋重为61.0~65.9 g)受精蛋孵化率和入孵蛋孵化率最高,分别为87.28%、81.22%;蛋形指数均值为1.27,随着蛋重增加,各种蛋组纵径、横径均呈显著升高趋势(P<0.05);平均蛋壳厚度为0.32 mm。研究表明,庄河大骨鸡适宜孵化种蛋蛋重为61.0~65.9 g;随着蛋重增加,种蛋失重增加,种蛋失重率降低,雏鸡初生重越大;庄河大骨鸡蛋形指数为1.27时,孵化率最高;蛋壳厚度对庄河大骨鸡种蛋孵化率无显著影响。The experiment was to study the effect of egg weight,egg shape index and egg shell thickness on the hatchability of Zhuanghe Dagu chicken breeding eggs.1257 eggs from 36-week-old healthy breeders divided into five groups according to the egg weight,incubation under the same conditions,analyze the effects of egg weight,egg shape index and egg shell thickness on the weight loss rate,hatchability and birth weight of breeding eggs.The trial period was 28 d.The results showed that the average egg weight of the breeding eggs produced by the 36 weeks Zhuanghe Dagu chicken was64.13 g,there were significant differences in egg weights at 7,12,and 19 embryonic ages among various egg groups(P<0.05).The incubation rate of fertilized eggs and hatched eggs in group C(initial egg weight was 61.0~65.9 g)was the highest,87.28%and 81.22%respectively.The average egg shape index was 1.27.With the increased of egg weight,the longitudinal and transverse diameters of various egg groups showed significantly increased(P<0.05).The average eggshell thickness was 0.32 mm.Studies show that the suitable hatching egg weight of Zhuanghe Zhuanghe Dagu chicken is 61.0~65.9 g.As the egg weight increases,the weight loss of the breeding eggs increases,the weight loss rate of the breeding eggs decreases,and the newborn weight of the chicks increases.When the Zhuanghe Dagu chicken egg shape index is 1.27,the hatching rate is the highest.The eggshell thickness had no significant effect on the hatching rate of Zhuanghe Dagu chicken breeding eggs.
