摘 要:桶状物料的冷拉伸套膜包装一直是电缆厂家的技术难题.其中,桶状物料的径向定位是套膜包装的重要环节.以铜导体立桶为研究对象,以铜导体立桶的包装系统工艺流程为基础,提出满足内孔定位的机构并叙述其工作原理,分析对于不同的杆件尺寸,其机构的传动特性及运动特性有所差异.现基于Matlab软件平台,建立机构简化后的优化数学模型,使用Matlab优化工具箱求解出机构运动学参数的最优尺寸,使其机构具有良好的传力性能,从而确定各杆件的尺寸,进一步确定原动件的规格及尺寸,为原动件的选型提供依据.通过分析校验,已确定出优化处理后杆件的基本尺寸及原动件相关的技术参数.此外,该机构在铜导体立桶的定位过程中有较好的传力性能,可以将其及同等比例的机构推广到工程实际中.The stretch film packaging of barrel materials has always been a technical problem for cable manufacturers. Among them, the radial positioning of cable salver is an important part of film packaging. This paper took cable salver as the research object, analyzed the system process of packaging, proposed the inner hole centering mechanism and described its working principle, and analyzed that the transmission characteristics and motion characteristics of the mechanism are different for different rod sizes. Based on the Matlab, the simplified optimization mathematical model of the mechanism was established, and the optimal size of the kinematic parameters of the mechanism is solved by using the Matlab optimization toolbox, so as to determine the specification and size of the prime mover. Through analysis and verification, the basic dimensions of the optimized bar and the technical parameters related to the prime mover have been determined. In addition, the mechanism has good force transmission performance in the positioning process of cable salver, which can be extended to engineering practice with the same proportion of the mechanism.
