摘 要:试验旨在探讨紫玉米秸秆的青贮加工工艺,采用双因素随机区组试验,设置微生物青贮添加剂和贮藏时间2个因素,研究其对紫玉米秸秆青贮品质的影响。试验设计4个处理组,分别为对照组(CK)、复合微生物菌剂1 (CM1)、复合微生物菌剂2 (CM2)和复合微生物菌剂3 (CM3),青贮后30、60、90、120 d开罐进行品质分析。结果显示,添加剂处理与贮藏时间对紫玉米秸秆青贮各品质指标的影响不存在显著的互作效应(P>0.05);与CK相比,CM2组紫玉米秸秆青贮的干物质(DM)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)含量均显著降低(P<0.05),而非纤维性碳水化合物(NFC)、总可消化养分(TDN)含量及奶吨指数显著提高(P<0.05);与青贮30 d相比,紫玉米秸秆青贮可溶性蛋白(SP)、NFC和粗脂肪(EE)含量在90、120 d时均显著降低(P<0.05),而ADF、NDF、木质素(ADL)、粗灰分(Ash)含量均显著提高(P<0.05),挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)含量在60、90、120 d时均显著降低(P<0.05),而乙酸含量、30 h NDF消化率和奶吨指数均显著提高(P<0.05),TDN含量和30 h体外DM消化率在60 d时均显著提高(P<0.05)。研究表明,建议紫玉米秸秆青贮采用复合微生物菌剂CM2为添加剂,青贮60 d开窖使用。The experiment was to explore the processing technology of purple corn stalk silage, a two-factor randomized block test was used to set up two factors such as microbial silage additives and storage time to study the change of purple corn stalk silage quality. The experiment designed four treatment groups, namely control group(CK), composite microbial inoculum 1(CM1), composite microbial inoculum 2(CM2) and composite microbial inoculum 3(CM3). At 30, 60, 90,120 d after silage, the cans were opened for quality analysis. The results showed that there was no significant interaction effect between the additive treatment and storage time on the quality indexes of purple corn stalk silage(P>0.05).Compared with CK, the content of DM, ADF and NDF of CM2 were significantly reduced(P<0.05), the NFC content,TDN content and the milk ton index of CM2 were significantly increased(P<0.05). Compared with 30 d silage, the content of SP, NFC and EE in purple corn stalk silage were significantly reduced at 90 and 120 d(P<0.05), but the content of ADF, NDF, ADL and ash increased significantly(P<0.05). The VFA content was significantly reduced at 60, 90 and 120 d(P<0.05), the acetic acid content, 30-hour NDF digestibility and milk ton index were significantly increased(P<0.05).TDN content and 30-hour in vitro DM digestibility increased significantly on 60 d(P<0.05). The experiment indicates that it was recommended to use microbial agent CM2 as additive in purple corn straw silage for 60 d.
