摘 要:消化道早癌的早诊断早治疗能够显著改善患者的预后,而我国消化道早癌的检出率仍非常低,如何提高消化道早癌的检出率是当前面临的主要难题。本文旨在探讨染色放大内镜在消化道早癌诊治中临床应用的现状与前景。电子染色、光学染色与放大技术结合,能够识别胃黏膜微细结构和微血管的异常,明确病变性质及进展程度,并为精准的靶向活检指明方向。而放大内镜诊断与病理检查的相互结合,可为提高我国消化内镜精查、消化道早癌诊治提供更大帮助。Early diagnosis and treatment of early-stage gastrointestinal cancer can significantly improve the prognosis of patients,but the detection rate of this disease in China is still very low. Therefore,how to improve the detection rate of early-stage gastrointestinal cancer is a major challenge at present. The objective of this article is to explore the status quo and prospect of the application of magnifying chromoendoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of early-stage gastrointestinal cancer. The combination of electronic staining,optical staining,and magnifying technology can identify the abnormality of gastric mucosa microstructure and microvessel,clarify the nature and progression of the lesion,and point out the direction of accurate targeted biopsy. The combination of magnifying endoscopy diagnosis and pathological examination can provide greater help than the individual techniques for improving the precise examination of digestive endoscopy and the diagnosis and treatment of early-stage gastrointestinal cancer in China.
