摘　　要：头颈部恶性肿瘤是全球范围内常见的肿瘤。肿瘤放射治疗是利用放射线治疗肿瘤的一种局部治疗方法,目前该项治疗手段已较为成熟,然而放射治疗会出现不同程度的皮肤损伤,影响患者的心理和生理健康,本文从头颈部恶性肿瘤放疗期间皮肤损伤现状、放射性皮肤损伤的分级及护理干预措施三个方面介绍了头颈部恶性肿瘤放疗期间皮肤损伤护理研究进展,旨在为临床护士在头颈部恶性肿瘤放疗患者发生皮肤损伤后的护理过程中提供参考依据。Head and neck malignancies are common tumors worldwide. Radiation oncology is a local treatment method that uses radiation to treat tumors. It is a mature technology,whereas it can cause varying degrees of skin damage which would affect the mental and physical health of patients. This article reviewed the research progress on the nursing care of skin injury of patients with head and neck malignant tumors during radiotherapy,focusing on three aspects:skin injury prevalence,classification of radiation-induced skin injury,and related intervention measures during radiotherapy for head and neck malignant tumors,aiming to provide reference for clinical nurses to nurse patients with skin injury caused by radiotherapy for head and neck malignant tumors.
