摘　　要：针对"新工科"对人才的核心能力提出了新的要求,将社会主义核心价值观融入新工科核心素养的个人效能和社会能力之中,将课程思政引入教育教学全过程,重新构建专业教育体系,更好对接工程认证的要求,同时满足强化思想理论教育和价值引领的教育需要,为高校传统工科专业的转型和新兴工科专业的设置与发展提供新的理论和实践依据。The "New Engineering Course" puts forward new requirements for the core competence of talents. This article integrates the core values of socialism into the personal effectiveness and social competence of the core literacy of the New Engineering Course, introduces curriculum ideology and politics into the whole process of education and teaching, and rebuilds the professional education system, to meet the requirements of engineering certification well, and to meet the needs of strengthening ideological and theoretical education and value guidance. It hopes to provide new theoretical and practical basis for the transformation of traditional engineering majors and the establishment and development of emerging engineering majors in colleges and universities.
