摘　　要：如今的乡村振兴是一个大型的国家发展战略,不仅凸显了国家现代化建设的发展,同样也意味着乡村建设进入一个新的阶段。实施乡村振兴战略不仅与我国农村的发展需求相契合,且更能够促进农业经济的快速发展。乡村振兴战略并不只是需要观念和理论,而且更需要人才和技术的升级。因此,注重高素质农民技能培训是十分重要的。基于此,本篇文章对以高素质农民技能培训实现乡村人才振兴进行研究,以供参考。Today's rural revitalization is a large-scale national development strategy,which not only highlights the development of national modernization,but also means that rural construction has entered a new stage.The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is not only in line with the development needs of rural areas,but also can promote the rapid development of the agricultural economy.The rural revitalization strategy not only requires concepts and theories,but also requires the upgrading of talents and technology.Therefore,it is very important to focus on high-quality farmer skills training.Based on this,this article studies the revitalization of rural talents through high-quality farmer skills training for reference.
