摘　　要：医学类高校一校多区对提高学校整体水平起着不可忽视的作用,不仅拓宽了教学科研空间,而且增强了地区影响力,有利于推动整个地域医疗卫生事业的发展。但是就研究生教育而言,尚存在管理运行模式滞后、科研资源分配不够均衡、思政教育欠缺等问题。文章以医学类高校多校区办学的研究生教育及管理模式为出发点,立足医学教育研究的特殊性和规律性,分析问题,提出相关的对策,全面保障各校区研究生培养均衡有效发展。Multiple districts play an important role in improving with the overall level of a medical university.It not only broadens the teaching and research space,but also strengthens the regional influence,and it is conducive to promoting the development of the entire region's medical and health services.However,as far as postgraduate education is concerned,there are still problems such as lagging management and operation mode,unbalanced distribution of scientific research resources,and lack of ideological and political education.This article will start with the postgraduate education and management model of multi-campus medical colleges and universities,based on the particularity and regularity of medical education research,analyze problems,propose relevant countermeasures,and comprehensively guarantee the balanced and effective development of postgraduate training in each campus.
