在滇高职院校老挝留学生跨文化适应性实证研究

摘　　要：通过调查问卷的方法,对在滇高职院校老挝留学生跨文化适应性进行实证研究。发现:在滇高职院校老挝留学生来华前普遍未学习过汉语,占比为81.48%,通过学习后汉语水平提升较快,HSK通过率达85.19%;整体跨文化适应状况较好,在跨文化适应过程中语言文化适应和心理适应的影响要高于社会环境适应和学术适应。“增强汉语水平”“处理好人际关系”与“保持较好的心情”是加快跨文化适应的最关键因素。Based on questionnaires'method,the essay makes an empirical research on the cross-cultural adaptation of Lao students in Yunnan Vocational Colleges.The result shows that most of Lao students haven't learned Chinese before coming to China,accounting for 81.48%.Their Chinese has been improved by learning and HSK pass rate reaches 85.19%.The overall situation of cross-cultural adaptation is at a better level.The influence of languages and cultural adaptation and psychological adaptation is more than social and academic adaption during the process.The results also indicate that"improving Chinese skill","handling interpersonal relationships"and"maintaining a good mood"are the most critical factors for accelerating cross-cultural adaptation.
