摘 要:合理的建设路线是煤矿智能化技术落地应用的重要保障。指出智能煤矿=煤矿智能化愿景+人工智能3.0特征,只有实现了人工智能基本要素,才能让传统煤矿企业发展出"智能";只有遵循煤矿企业发展规律、以煤炭行业高质量发展为愿景的人工智能,才能称为煤矿智能化。提出一套人工智能关键要素驱动的智能煤矿建设思路,它包括煤矿应用、计算能力、知识库、算法库和数据设施5大部分,简称ACKADa(Application,Computing,Knowledge,Alogorithm,Data)。应用平台包括一个大平台、若干小平台和N个子系统,数据设施包括感知网络、骨干网络、自动化改造与综合接入、大数据中心,计算能力包括边缘计算、云计算和部分大数据中心设施,算法库包括智能设备健康算法、智能采掘算法、智能定位导航算法、智能视频分析算法等,知识库包括周知型知识库和习得型知识库。相比其他建设方法,ACKADa思路的建设内容更加完整合理,且具有理论上更易理解、实践中更易使用的优势,并能将综合自动化、矿山物联网、大数据、云计算、边缘计算等技术统一在一个井然有序的逻辑体系。A reasonable construction route is an important guarantee for the application of intelligent technologies in coal mines.It is pointed out that the intelligent coal mine=intelligent vision of coal mine+characteristics of artificial intelligence 3.0.Only when the basic elements of artificial intelligence are realized,can traditional coal mine enterprises develop“intelligence”and it can be called an intelligent coal mine only the artificial intelligence follows the development law of the coal mining enterprise and the high-quality development of coal industry.This paper puts forward an intelligent coal mine construction concept driven by key elements of artificial intelligence,which includes five parts:coal mine applications,computing capabilities,knowledge bases,algorithm libraries and data facilities,referred to as ACKADa(Application,Computing,Knowledge,Alogorithm,Data).The application platform includes a large platform,several small platforms andNsubsystems.Data facilities include perception networks,backbone networks,automated transformation and integrated access,big data centers;computing capabilities include edge computing,cloud computing and some central facilities of big data;algorithm bases include intelligent device health algorithms,intelligent mining algorithms,intelligent positioning and navigation algorithms,intelligent video analysis algorithms,etc.The knowledge base includes the known knowledge base and the learned knowledge base.Compared with other construction methods,the ACKADa concept is more complete and more reasonable from the perspective of construction contents,and it is easier to understand in theory and easier to use in practice.Besides,such technologies can unify integrated automation,mining Internet of things,big data,cloud computing,edge computing and other technologies in an orderly logical system.
