摘 要:目的探讨健康体检人群运动与睡眠质量的关系。方法采用问卷调查6841例健康体检者,根据简化版匹兹堡睡眠质量指数,将其分为睡眠质量好组(854例)和睡眠质量差组(5987例)。采用logistic回归分析运动与睡眠质量的关系。结果睡眠质量差组与睡眠质量好组的性别构成比、年龄、婚姻、文化程度、运动强度、每周运动频率和每次运动时长差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析显示,与每周运动3~4次相比,不运动更容易发生睡眠质量差(P<0.05);与每次运动长于30 min者相比,每次运动时长<30 min者更容易发生睡眠质量差(P<0.05)。结论每周运动频率较低和每次运动时长不足者容易发生睡眠质量差。Objective To explore the relationship between exercise and sleep quality.MethodsA total of 6841 healthy people were investigated by questionnaire.According to simplified version of Pittsburgh sleep quality index, the subjects were divided into two groups of A(with better sleep, 854 cases) and B(with poor sleep, 5987 cases).The relationship between exercise and sleep quality was analyzed by logistic regression analysis.Results The gender, age, marriage, education level, exercise intensity, frequency of weekly exercise and duration of each exercise were statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that poor sleep quality was more likely to occur in inactive subjects than those exercised three to four times a week(P<0.05).Poor sleep quality was more likely to occur in the subjects with exercise duration less than 30 minutes compared to those more than 30 minutes(P<0.05).Conclusion Poor sleep quality is more likely to occur in the persons with low frequency of weekly exercise and insufficient duration of each exercise.
