摘  要:分析了国内外钢轨打磨列车的种类及其功能,结合钢轨病害现状及治理方法,通过分析道岔区钢轨病害的特征和道岔区钢轨打磨的侧重点,得到因为磨石通过护轨和尖轨的空间有限,使用现有的大型钢轨打磨车的磨石在打磨作业工况下无法通过道岔。因此,为实现钢轨打磨列车打磨道岔区钢轨的功能,必须设置道岔打磨单元。This paper analyzes the types of rail grinding trains and their functions at home and abroad, combine the current situation of rail disease and treatment methods, through the analysis of the characteristics of rail disease in the turnout area and the focus of rail grinding in the turnout area, get because the grinding stone through the guard rail and pointed rail space is limited, using the existing large rail grinding car of the grinding stone in the grinding operation conditions can not pass the turnout, thus can not effectively manage the rail disease in the turnout area. Therefore, in order to realize the function of rail grinding train to grind the rails in turnout area, it is necessary to set up turnout grinding unit.
