摘　　要：重载铁路运输具有载重高、运能大、成本低等优点,发展重载铁路运输是支撑国家发展战略、提升铁路货物运量、推动物流降本增效的根本需要。基于重载铁路发展现状和“十四五”经济社会发展形势,通过分析我国重载铁路路网规模较低、线路间分流压力加大、货车轴重和载重偏小、运用组织难度大等问题,结合十四五期间重载铁路煤炭运输需求预测情况,提出我国重载铁路发展对策,即:构建重载铁路运输网络、加强线路合理分工、开行大轴重高载重列车、优化重载运输组织,为促进铁路货运增量、提升铁路服务质量、提高运输保障能力提供有力支撑。Heavy-haul railway transportation has the advantages of a heavy load,large capacity,and low cost.The development of heavy-haul railway transportation is the fundamental need to support the national development strategy,increase the volume of railway freight,and promote logistics to reduce costs and increase efficiency.On the basis of the development status of heavy-haul railways and the economic and social development situation of the 14th Five-Year Plan,we analyzed the problems of China’s heavy-haul railways,including the low network scale,the increased pressure of diversion between lines,the relatively light axle load and load of freight trains,and the difficult application and organization.In combination with the forecast of demand for coal transportation by heavy-haul railways during the 14th Five-Year Plan period,the development countermeasures for China’s heavy-haul railways were proposed.In other words,we should construct a heavy-haul railway transportation network,strengthen the rational division of labor between lines,operate large-axle and high-load trains,and optimize the organization of heavy-haul transportation.In this way,strong support can be provided to promote the increase in railway freight volumes and improve the quality of railway services and the transportation guarantee capacity.
