摘　　要：随着新冠疫情的爆发,全球经济受到了严重影响,相关非预算下的运营成本大幅支出,从而导致部分行业需求滞缓甚至严重萎缩,这些变化加剧部分行业的运营成本进一步上升后更加严重影响到这些行业实体的运营乃至整体经济发展。基于此,本文运用先进的供应链理论并辅以博弈理论对当今部分制造业运营成本进行了深刻论述和剖析,得出以下结论:高端供应链人才创新的供应链横向一体化联合采购战略在达到纳什均衡和帕累托最优条件时,能大大降低部分制造业的采购绩效成本,同时也为供应链横向一体化的收益分配不公问题提供了解决方案。The global economy has been seriously affected by the outbreak of COVID-19.Relevant non-budget operating costs under the large expenditure resulting in some industries demand slow or even serious contraction.These changes have aggravated the further rise on the operating cost in some industries,which has seriously affected the operation of these entities and even the overall economy development.Based on this,this paper deeply discusses and analyzes the operating costs of some manufacturing industries nowadays by using advanced supply chain theory and game theory,and draws the following conclusions:the supply chain horizontal integration joint procurement strategy of high-end supply chain talents can greatly reduce the procurement performance cost of some manufacturing industries when reaching the Nash Equilibrium and Pareto Optimal conditions.At the same time,it also provides a solution to the problem of unfair income distribution of horizontal integration of supply chain.
