空间、社区类型与农村社区动员能力比较

摘　　要：农村社区的有效治理是乡村振兴的重要内容,它既能反映国家治理能力现代化的状况,也能反映农村社区内部的治理状况和结构特质。社区的有效治理与其动员能力密切相关,通过社会空间理论并参考民政部相关分类将农村社区分为集镇型、城郊型和传统型三种类型,并在中部、东部、西部省份抽取三种类型农村社区进行调查发现,三类农村社区的动员能力存在显著差异,集镇型农村社区动员能力最强,城郊型次之,传统型最弱。回归统计发现,动员方法、社区能力和社区结构均会影响农村社区动员能力,其中社区能力和社区结构对于三类农村社区动员能力的影响程度各不相同。传统型农村社区动员能力受社区能力影响最大,集镇型农村社区动员能力受社区结构影响最大;三类农村社区的社区能力和社区结构存在异质性,使得三类农村社区动员能力内部存在差异。位于不同空间区域的农村社区具有不同的地域空间与社会属性,进而影响到社区动员能力。它为农村社区类型与社区动员研究采用空间视角提供了理论参考,也为解答农村社区的社区性这一问题提供了现实依据。Effective management of rural communities is a key part of rural rejuvenation,reflecting the status of state governance modernization and the management state and structure features of rural communities.Effective management of communities is closely related with its mobilization abilities,and by applying the theory of social space and with reference to the classification of the Ministry of Civil Affairs,rural communities are divided into three types:town type,suburban type and traditional type,and three types of rural communities are sampled in the central,eastern and western provinces.The sharp contrast between them as regard their mobilization abilities is discovered,the town type taking the lead,the suburban type following,and the traditional type being the weakest.Regression statistics discover that mobilization abilities in rural communities are affected by mobilization methods,community capabilities and social structure,the latter two being different as regard their degrees of influence in the three types of rural communities.Traditional rural communities are the most seriously affected by community capabilities,while suburban rural communities are the most greatly affected by community structures;Such three communities differ from each other in their capabilities and structures,which result in their internal differences.The spacial location decides their different locality and social properties which further affects their mobility capabilities.This provides theoretical reference for the adoption of the spacial perspective in the study of rural community types and community mobilization.
