摘 要:以自制的氧化石墨烯(GO)、β-环糊精(β-CD)为原料,通过化学共沉淀法合成了β-环糊精/磁性氧化石墨烯复合材料(β-CD/MGO),并用扫描电镜、透射电镜、X射线衍射、拉曼光谱、BET和VSM等对其进行形貌态表征和性能测试。结果表明,Fe_(4)O_(3)被成功负载到GO上,并枝接上β-环糊精;β-CD/MGO的比表面积为89.72 m^(2)·g^(-1);饱和磁化强度为47.5 emu·g^(-1)。β-CD/MGO对氧氟沙星(OFL)的吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型和Langmuir等温吸附模型,准二级反应速率常数为2.72×10^(-3) g/(mg·min),在pH=4,震荡时间为60min时,最大吸附量可达47.349mg·g^(-1)。经过7次吸附解析循环后,β-CD/MGO对OFL的吸附量仍然可以保持为初始吸附率的89%,表明该复合材料具有较好的重复利用性。The graphite oxide was prepared by Hummers method,and theβ-cyclodextrin/magneticoxide graphene(β-CD/MGO)composite was synthesized by chemical coprecipitation method.The morphology ofβ-CD/MGO was characterized by SEM,TEM,XRD,Ramanand Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET).The result shows thatβ-CD was successfully modified magnetic oxide graphene;the specific surface area ofβ-CD/MGO was 89.72 m^(2)·g^(-1) and the saturation magnetization was 47.5 emu·g^(-1).The adsorption process of ofloxacin(OFL)onβ-CD/MGO conformed to a pseudo second order kinetic model and Langmuir isotherm.The kinetics of second order reaction was 2.72×10^(-3) g/(mg·min).The maximum adsorption capacity was 47.349 mg·g^(-1) at pH=4 and shaking time of 60 min.After 7 adsorption and desorption cycles,The adsorption capacity ofβ-CD/MGO for OFL can still be maintained at 89%of the initial adsorption rate,indicating that the composite has good reusability.
