基于因子结构模型下大学校园危机氛围的研究

摘　　要：现阶段,大学校园的危机氛围不仅影响了高校和谐校园的建设,同时也影响了高校对高素质人才的培养。因此,对大学校园的危机氛围进行研究具有重要意义。通过文献研究以及调研访谈的形式,先对高校校园危机的初始指标进行识别,之后运用探索性因素分析探索出能够高度代表其他校园危机的危机因子,在此基础上构建因子结构模型,并运用验证性因素分析对其进行验证。研究结果表明:导致大学校园危机氛围产生的危机程度依次由高到低为:校园环境危机因子、校园安全危机因子、校园考试危机因子、校园就业危机因子以及校园毕业危机因子,且由五因子构成的因子结构模型能够很好的对大学校园危机氛围进行测度。At present,the crisis atmosphere of university campus not only affects the construction of harmonious campus,but also affects the cultivation of high-quality talents.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the crisis atmosphere on university campus.Through the form of literature research and research interviews,this paper first identifies the initial indicators of university campus crisis,and then uses exploratory factor analysis to explore the crisis factors that can highly represent other campus crises.On this basis,this paper constructs a factor structure model and uses confirmatory factor analysis to verify it.The results show that the degree of crisis leading to the university campus crisis atmosphere is from high to low:campus environment crisis factor,campus security crisis factor,campus examination crisis factor,campus employment crisis factor and campus graduation crisis factor,and the factor structure model composed of five factors can well measure the university campus crisis atmosphere.
