摘　　要：在正颌手术中,有时会发生正颌术后髁突移位这一并发症。本文报道了1例手术优先正颌患者术后髁突中度移位的病例,成功的通过早期取出内固定并使用颌间弹性牵引来矫正正颌术后中度的髁突移位。Postoperative displacement of condyle could be observed in orthognathic surgery.Here we reported a case that the Surgery-First Approach patient who had postoperative moderate displacement of condyle was successfully corrected by the early removal of internal fixation and traction with intermaxillary elastics.
