摘　　要：下颌第二磨牙阻生较少见,通常发生在单侧下颌;增生性牙囊临床少见,大多与埋伏阻生牙伴发。本文报道接近下颌骨下缘的第二磨牙低位阻生伴增生性牙囊1例,通过微创手术拔除患牙并刮除增生性牙囊,预后良好。Impacted mandibular second molars are rare,and occur on only one side of the mandible generally.Hyperplastic dental follicles are entities with few cases described to date,and most of them are accompanied with impacted teeth.This case report presented a deeply impacted mandibular second molar with hyperplastic dental follicle,and the roots of the tooth adjoined the lower margin of the mandible.A minimally invasive surgical procedure was performed to extract the tooth and curettage the dental follicle,which came to a favorable prognosis.
