摘 要:本研究为探讨家长教师关系、师生关系、学校联结和中学生学业成绩之间的关系,采用家长积极教育观量表、师生关系量表、学校联结量表、学业成绩问卷对689名中学生进行测查。结果发现:师生关系在家长教师关系与中学生学业成绩之间起部分中介作用,师生关系影响学业成绩的路径受到学校联结的调节。研究基于家校合作的视角,构建了影响学业成绩的理论模型,揭示了家长教师关系影响中学生学业成绩的内部机制,为提高学生学业成绩提供了理论依据和实证支持。基于此,家长与教师应建立融洽的育人关系,构建和谐师生关系,帮助学生建立对学校的联结感,进而发挥家校合作合力,促进学生学业发展。This paper investigates the relationship between parent-teacher relationships,teacher-student relationships,school connectedness and middle school students5 academic achievement.689 middle school students were evaluated using the Positive Parental View of Education Scale,the Teacher-Student Relationship Scale,the School Connectedness Scale,and the Academic Achievement Questionnaire.The results found that teacher-student relationships partially mediated the relationship between parent-teacher relationships and secondary school students9 academic achievement,and that the pathway by which teacher-student relationships affected academic achievement was moderated by school connectedness.Based on the perspective of home-school cooperation,this study constructed a theoretical model of influences on academic achievement,revealed the internal mechanism of how parent-teacher relationships affect secondary school students5 academic achievement,and provided a theoretical basis and empirical support for improving students5 academic achievement.These findings indicate that parents and teachers should establish a healthy education-focused relationship,foster a healthy teacher-student relationship,and help students build a sense of connection to the school.Implementing these measures will enable synergistic home-school cooperation that promotes students5 academic development.
