摘 要:近年来小分子类产品逐渐被广泛应用于皮肤保湿,琼胶寡糖是聚合度2~20的小分子,已有报道琼胶寡糖可作为美白成分添加于化妆品中,但琼胶寡糖作为化妆品保湿剂的应用及研究尚未见报道。本研究以常用的化妆品保湿剂甘油和海藻酸钠为参照物,对比其保湿性和吸湿性,及制备的保湿面霜的保湿率。结果表明,琼胶寡糖的吸湿性低于甘油和海藻酸钠,且保湿性高于甘油和海藻酸钠。琼胶寡糖自制成的面霜,涂抹2小时后皮肤水分值变化率为20.8%高于甘油的19.2%,且显著优于海藻酸钠自制的面霜的皮肤水分值变化率的12.5%。因此,琼胶寡糖作为保湿剂有较好的发展趋势。In recent years, small molecule products have gradually been widely used in skin moisturizing. Agar oligosaccharide is a small molecule with a polymerization degree of 2~20. It is reported that agar oligosaccharide can be added to cosmetics as whitening ingredients, but the application and research of agar oligosaccharide as cosmetic moisturizer have not been reported. The present study use commom cosmetic moisturiier glycerol and sodium alginate as reference,compared its moisturizing nature and the moisturizing rate of the moisturizing face cream prepared. The results showed that the hygroscopicity of agar oligosaccharide was lower than that of glycerinum and sodium alginate, and the moisture retention was higher than that of glycerinum and sodium alginate. After 2 hours, the change of skin moisture value was 20.8 %, higher than that of glycerol 19.2 %, and significantly higher than that of sodium alginate made cream. The change of skin moisture value was 12.5 %. Therefore, agar oligosaccharide as moisturizer has a good development trend.
