摘　　要：毕业生产实习是制药工程专业的一门专业必修课程,是制药工程人才培养的重要实践教学环节。随着国家新工科建设的快速推进,社会对该课程教学提出了更高的要求。为了更好的培养出符合制药工业需要的实践能力强、素质高的工程人才,文章基于新工科人才培养的目标和要求,以西北农林科技大学制药工程专业为例,深入分析了目前毕业生产实习课程教学中存在的问题,探讨了行之有效的系列改革措施,目的是为新工科人才培养提供借鉴依据。Graduation Practical Training is a professional obligatory course for Pharmaceutical Engineering specialty, and is also the key practical teaching link in cultivation of Pharmaceutical Engineering talents. With the advancement of the national emerging engineering education, more and more requests for the practical teaching are raised by the society. In order to improve the cultivation of engineering talents with strong practical ability and higher quality that meet the needs of the pharmaceutical industry, based on the objective and request of talent cultivation under emerging engineering education, this study takes the pharmaceutical engineering of Northwest A & F University as an example, deeply analyzes the problems existing in the practice teaching of Graduation Production Practice course,and insights into the relevant improvement measures. The goal is to provide a reference for the training of innovative talents.
