摘　　要：目的探讨新冠肺炎疫情期间佛山市妇幼保健院普通核酸采样室护理人员采用改革前AN排班模式与改革后EN排班模式的实践对比效果,提高护理人员满意度,为普通核酸采样室有效及顺利完成新冠排查工作奠定基础。方法2021年1-8月,对参加采样的31名护理人员进行调查研究,比较护理人员对改革前AN(Ante meridiem Night)排班模式和改革后EN(Elasticity Night)排班模式的实践效果。A/E(8:00-18:00),N(18:00-次日8:00),A班:一个护士独立执行工作时间内核酸采样工作,E班:3-4个护理岗位人员轮流执行工作时间内核酸采样工作,每人每天3-4小时采样工作,其他时间轮换岗位执行非采样工作。采用MC克洛斯基/穆勒满意度量表对护理人员满意度进行评分,比较分析核酸采样两项内容(顺畅程度、满意状况)满意程度的统计学差异。结果护理人员改革后对核酸采祥满意程度(93.55%)远高于改革前(67.74%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新冠肺炎疫情期间采用EN排班模式优化普通核酸采样室排班,能显著改善护理人员满意度。0bjective To explore the practical comparison effect of nursing staff in the general mucleic arcid sampling room of our hospital during the period of C0VID-19 epidemic by using AN scheduling mode before the reform and EN scheduling mode after the reform,so as to improve the satisfaction of rursing staff and lay a foundation for the effective and smooth completion of COVID 19 screening work in the general nucleic acid sampling room.Methods From January to August,2021,31 nursing staff enrolled in our hospital were investigated to compare the practice effcect of nursing staff on Ante Meridiem Night scheduling before reform and EN Night scheduling after reform.AE(8:00-18:00),N(18:00-8:00 the next day),Class A:one nurse independently performs nucleic acid sampling during working hours:Class E:3-4 nursing staff take turns to perform nucleic acid sampling during working hours,each person takes 3-4 hours of sampling every day,and performs non-sampling work in other times by rotation.MC Crosky/Muller satisfaction scale was used to score nursing staff satisfaction,and statistical differences of satisfaction degree of nucleic acid sampling contents(smoothness and satisfaction)were compared and analyzed.Results The satisfaction degree of nucleic acid sampling of nursing staf after the reform(93.55%)was much higher than that before the reform(67.74%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During COVID-19,the EN scheduling model can significantly improve the satisfaction of nursing staff.
