地方高校本科应用型人才“四位一体”科创能力培养体系的构建与实践——以井冈山大学化学类专业为例

摘　　要：科技创新是引领高质量发展的第一动力。创新创业教育是我国教育体系的重要组成部分,为国家实施创新驱动发展战略提供人才基础和人才保障。井冈山大学化学类专业将学生科研创新能力作为应用型人才培养的重要抓手,进行了多项教学改革探索和实践,构建了一套“课程教育-实验实训-学科竞赛-条件保障”“四位一体”的学生科创能力培养体系,将科研创新能力培养内化根植于人才培养全过程,满足社会对创新型、复合型人才的需求,为地方高校培养高素质应用型人才提供借鉴和参考。Scientific and technological innovation is the first driving force leading high-quality development.Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important part of China’s education system,which provides talent foundation and talent guarantee for the implementation of innovation driven development strategy.Therefore,the chemistry major of Jinggangshan University takes the students’scientific research and innovation ability as an important starting point for the training of applied talents,and has carried out a number of teaching reform exploration and practice.A set of"four in one"students'scientific innovation ability training system is constructed,which is composed of"Curriculum Education-Experimental Training-Discipline Competition-Condition Guarantee".The cultivation of scientific research and innovation ability is internalized in the whole process of talent cultivation,to meet the needs of the society for innovative and interdisciplinary talents.This study can provide reference for local universities to cultivate high-quality applied talents.
