摘　　要：赵景芳教授独创微调平衡治癌法,认为肺癌属本虚标实,治疗强调扶正祛邪,微调平衡,标本兼顾。扶正固本以补肺健脾益肾,益气养阴为主;祛邪治标则以清热化痰、理气祛瘀、通便利水等为主。Professor Zhao Jingfang creates the original trim balance method for the treatment of cancers.She believes as lung cancer is characterized by deficiency in the body and excess in manifestations,its treatment thus should focus on strengthening vital qi to eliminate pathogenic factors,treating both its manifestations and root cause to attain a balance in patients.In her view,strengthening and consolidating the body resistance is mainly to tonify the lung,spleen and kidney,to replenish qi and nourish yin,while dispelling pathogenic factors and treating symptoms mainly focuses on clearing heat and resolving phlegm,regulating qi and removing blood stasis,and relaxing bowels and promoting diuresis.
