摘　　要：阐述了1580热轧线IRB4400型工业喷字机器人存在的不足,基于文本转换语言TTS(Text To Speech)技术,开发研制了钢卷喷号异常的语音提示功能。该功能的应用,确保了及时发现喷号异常故障,得以.及时处理。减轻了监控人员的劳动强度,避免了重大经济损失。为工业控制信息提示由无声到有声提供了成功经验。Describe the shortcomings of IRB4400 industrial spray marking robot in 1580 hot rll--ing line.Based on Text To Speech technology,the voice hint funetion for abnormal coil marking is devel-oped.The application of this function ensures a timely detection of abnormal faults and processing.The labor intensity of the monitoring personnel is reduced,and major economic losses are avoided.It pro-vides successful experience for industrial control information hint changing from silence to sound.
