数字化转型能力视角下企业网络结构对企业创新绩效的影响研究

摘　　要：以陕西装备制造业企业为调查对象,构建结构方程模型,以206份有效调查问卷为数据样本,采用Bootstrap方法实证检验企业网络结构对于装备制造业企业创新绩效的作用机制,验证数字化转型能力的中介作用。研究表明,企业网络结构对创新绩效存在正向影响:结构洞和网络中心度均对企业创新绩效存在显著正向影响,而网络规模对企业创新绩效存在部分显著正向影响。其中数字化转型信息整合能力在结构洞及网络中心度对企业创新绩效的影响中存在显著中介作用;而数字化转型技术应用能力中介作用不显著,反映出装备制造业企业实现技术创新由信息化红利逐步向分布式的智能生产资源高度整合过渡。This paper selects 206 equipment manufacturing companies as samples,constructs a structural equation model,and uses Bootstrap method to empirically test the mechanism of corporate network structure on the innovation performance of equipment manufacturing companies,and verify the mediating role of digital transformation capabilities.Research shows that corporate network structure has a positive impact on innovation performance:both structural holes and network centrality have a significant positive impact on corporate innovation performance,while network scale has a significant positive impact on corporate innovation performance.Among them,the ability of digital transformation information integration has a significant mediating role in the influence of structural holes and network centrality on enterprise innovation performance.The mediating role of digital transformation technology application capabilities is not significant,reflecting the technological innovation of equipment manufacturing companies is gradually transitioning from the informatization dividend to a highly integrated and distributed intelligent production resource.
