摘 要:对木醋杆菌产细菌纤维素的条件进行优化,并通过正交和单因素实验摸索细菌纤维素加固文物纸质的条件。结果显示,葡萄糖为碳源、酵母浸粉+蛋白胨为氮源、接种时间为36 h、接种量为10%、温度为30℃时产细菌纤维素最佳;细菌纤维素浓度1.0%、D M A c浓度30%、再生温度30℃、再生时间9 m i n为文物纸质最适加固条件,甘油浓度10%、塑化时间5 min、无纺布做底衬层材料为加固纸张质感改善条件,处理后纸张抗张强度上升一倍,白度、光泽度无显著变化,兼顾了纸张的柔软度,为生物材料在文物保护方面的应用提供了技术支持。This paper aims to optimize the bacterial cellulose condition for gluconacetobacter xylinus,and investigate the condition to reinforce cultural relics paper using bacterial cellulose through single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments.The results showed that when glucose was used as carbon source,yeast extract powder+peptone as nitrogen source,inoculation time was 36 h,inoculation amount was 10%,and temperature was 30°C,the bacterial cellulose production was the best.Bacterial cellulose concentration of 1.0%,DMAc concentration of 30%,regeneration temperature of 30°C,and regeneration time of 9 min was the optimal reinforcement conditions for the paper of cultural relics.Glycerol concentration of 10%,plasticization time of 5 min,and non-woven fabric as the substrate material was the improvement condition for the texture of the reinforced paper.After treatment,the tensile strength of the paper doubled,and the whiteness and gloss did not change significantly.And the softness of the paper was also taken into account,which provided technical support for the application of biological materials in the protection of cultural relics.
