摘　　要：分析了阳离子松香胶乳液的生产工艺,通过调整乳化剂研发生产了食品级阳离子松香胶乳液。经检测生产的食品级松香胶乳液氯丙醇等含量均符合食品级要求;通过实验室验证及纸厂应用案例分析,生产的食品级阳离子松香胶乳液能够满足口杯纸、吸管纸等特殊纸种的质量要求。The production process of cationic rosin latex was analyzed.Food grade cationic rosin latex was produced by optimizing the emulsifier.The content of chloropropanol in the rosin emulsion produced by the test met the requirements of food grade.Through laboratory verification and case analysis of paper mill application,the food grade cationic rosin emulsion can meet the quality requirements of special paper types such as cup paper and suction pipe paper.
