摘　　要：对BDYN-1000型污泥专用螺旋压榨脱水机在使用过程中出现“进料箱支架轴承座端盖处渗水”的故障原因进行分析,找出故障原因,并提出两种进料箱支架结构改进方案。经过对比分析,最终选择第二方案予以实施,彻底解决了渗水问题。The causes of water seepage at the end cover of the bearing seat of the feeding box bracket during the operation of BDYN-1000 sludge screw press dehydrator were analyzed to find out the reasons of the failure,and two kinds of improvement schemes for the str ucture of the feeding box bracket were proposed.After comparative analysis,the second scheme is finally selected to implement,and the seepage problem is completely solved.
