摘  要:目的分析医疗设备智能管理各环节对医疗服务价值增值的影响,据以精准施策,提升医院运营管理水平。方法运用价值链理论,针对医疗设备管理支持性活动构建流程管理子系统,针对大型医疗设备基本活动构建动态监测子系统,建立波特价值链模型,通过分层管理,客观评价设备运行各环节对医疗服务增值的贡献。结果流程管理子系统提高了临床满意度,业务契合度和用户满意度超过80%,设备维修维保总费用得到控制;动态监测子系统可提高设备开机率、优化医生排班流程,提升运营效率,减少经济损失,设备使用价值增值10%。结论基于波特价值链模型将设备管理活动进行分类,构建不同功能的信息系统,实现智能化流程管理和运行监测,可对大型设备进行科学配置与评价,有助于提升医疗服务的增值空间,促进公立医院高质量发展。Objective To analyze the impact of various aspects of medical equipment management on value-added medical services,to intelligently manage medical equipment by IT,to improve the efficiency of medical equipment use.Methods Using value chain theory and establishing Porter's value chain model,the supporting activities were incorporated into the process management system.The basic activities were incorporated into the dynamic management system based on real business data.Result Improve the clinical satisfaction,the operating rate of medical equipment reached 97%,the value-added of equipment operation reached 10%.Conclusion The value chain analysis method is used to implement classified and accurate policies according to the activity type,focus on the core aspects of the strategy and key core indicators,which improves service quality and medical equipment operation efficiency,and promotes the high-quality development of public hospitals.
