摘　　要：目的创新区域医疗互联网+医疗健康服务模式,优化健康服务流程,统筹整合优质医疗卫生资源。方法基于互联网医院和数据中心,通过服务模式创新及医疗资源开放等举措,形成资源整合及能力提升的医院集团互联网医院平台。结果实现互联网+居民就医、互联网+在线诊疗、互联网+健康评估、互联网+分级诊疗、互联网+医疗协同、互联网+远程诊断等互联网业务应用。结论通过互联网医院平台下沉优质的医疗资源,让信息多跑路、百姓少跑腿,提高区域医疗服务水平,增强居民就医获得感。Objective Innovate community e-medical and medical care service model,improve healthcare service process,plan and integrate the overall medical resources.Methods Based on e-hospital application and data center,through service innovations and other measures such as opening medical resources,established a integrated and elaborated e-hospital platform for hospital bloc.Results Online medical services such as residents medical care,online diagnosis,health evaluation,two-way referral,telecommunications and telediagnosis applications came true.Conclusion Through the Internet hospital platform,high-quality medical resource has transferred to community,by letting information moved more and allowing residents to move less,which improve regional medical service level and enhance residents'satisfactory.
