摘 要:降钙素基因相关肽(calcitonin gene related peptide,CGRP)是由神经末梢分泌的一种神经多肽,近年来,因其被发现是神经调控骨改建的关键因子并且与血管及胶原纤维的改建有关而备受关注。牙正畸移动(orthodontic tooth movement,OTM)过程中,局部牙周微环境包括牙槽骨、牙周膜及牙龈等的改建亦主要涵盖神经、血管、胶原及骨组织等,探究CGRP调控神经、骨、血管、胶原改建的具体机制对于认识牙正畸移动中微环境的改建显得尤为重要,但其具体机制尚未完全清楚,本文就其研究进展作一综述。Calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP)is a neuropeptide secreted by nerve endings.In recent years,it has attracted much attention because it has been found to be a key factor in nerve regulation of bone remodeling and is related to the remodeling of blood vessels and collagen fibers.During orthodontic tooth movement(OTM),the remodeling of the local periodontal microenvironment includes alveolar bone,periodontal ligament,gums and also mainly covers nerves,blood vessels,collagen and bone tissues.Exploring the specific mechanism of CGRP regulating nerve,bone,blood vessel,and collagen remodeling is particularly important for understanding the remodeling of microenvironment during orthodontic movement,but the specific mechanism is not yet fully understood.This article reviews its research progress.
