摘　　要：外胚层发育不全(ectodermal dysplasia,ED)是一组由外胚层结构发育不全而导致发育缺陷的先天性遗传病,症状可为少汗、毛发稀少、指甲异常、先天缺牙或无牙等。大部分患者存在先天缺牙或无牙颌的典型症状,而对于缺牙的修复治疗,目前临床上治疗方法不尽相同,也尚无相关共识指导。这篇综述从外胚层发育不全患者缺牙的修复、颌面外形的改善等方面概括了截至目前该病的口腔临床治疗手段,为更加规范、全面地为患者提供口腔治疗和干预方案提供参考。Ectodermal hypoplasia(ED)is a group of congenital genetic diseases caused by ectodermal structural hypoplasia,which can be characterized by hypohidrosis,the scarcity of hair,abnormal nails,congenital lack of teeth or no teeth.Most patients have the typical symptoms of congenital missing teeth or edentulous jaws,but clinical treatment methods for the restoration of missing teeth are different at present and there is no relevant consensus guidance.This review summarizes the oral clinical treatment of ectodermal dysplasia from the aspects of the restoration of missing teeth and the improvement of maxillofacial appearance in patients with ectodermal dysplasia,in order to provide more standardized and comprehensive oral treatment and intervention programs for patients.
