摘  要:董仲舒继承并发展了孔子及先秦正名思想,重视考察名号。名实关系是董仲舒论证仁义思想的方法论,董仲舒从字音、字形、字义等正名的角度,分别阐述了仁、义在人与人之间对待关系的含义和原则。而且董仲舒站在天人关系的角度,将仁的根本纳入天道的存在与运行,提出"以天释仁",在凡号和散名的意义上,赋予"仁"更广泛更深远的"凡号"的意义。同时又指出"仁义之处"在道德实践环节,二者合一,仁义一体。Dong Zhongshu inherited and developed Confucius and the thought of name rectification in the pre-qin period, and paid attention to investigating names. The relationship between name and reality is Dong Zhongshu’s methodology for demonstrating the thought of benevolence and righteousness. Dong Zhongshu expounded the meaning and principles of benevolence and righteousness in treating the relationship between people from the perspective of word pronunciation, shape and meaning. Moreover, from the perspective of the relationship between heaven and man, Dong Zhongshu incorporated the essence of benevolence into the existence and operation of the way of heaven, and proposed "interpreting benevolence with heaven", which endows "benevolence" with a broader and more far-reaching significance of "fan" in the sense of fan Hao and San Ming. At the same time, it also points out that "the place of benevolence and righteousness" is in the link of moral practice, and the two are one, and benevolence and righteousness are one.
