碳排放权交易市场对碳减排效率的影响研究——基于双重中介效应的实证分析

摘　　要：引入产业结构调整与技术创新作为双重中介变量,收集我国2013—2019年试点市场面板数据,实证分析碳排放权交易市场机制对碳减排效率的影响。结果表明:(1)碳排放权交易市场机制的推行能够提高碳减排效率;(2)碳排放权交易市场能够通过低碳技术创新和产业结构调整的双重中介效应间接对碳减排效率产生积极影响,且该影响存在门槛效应;(3)"命令控制型"环境规制在中介过程中起到正向调节作用,但并未直接调节碳排放权交易市场机制与碳减排效率间的关系。(4)人力资本、企业规模及外商直接投资对碳减排效率具有正向影响。在此基础上,提出发展建议以期为提高碳减排效率提供借鉴。The establishment of a carbon emission trading market can bring about low-carbon technological innovation and industrial structure adjustment effects,which in turn will have a positive impact on carbon emission reduction and promote the transformation of China’s low-carbon development model.By summarizing the carbon emission rights trading mechanism and its theoretical basis and research framework that affect carbon emission reduction,the key elements and impact paths of the carbon emission rights trading mechanism that affect carbon emission reduction are identified.Further introduce low-carbon technological innovation and industrial structure coordination as a dual intermediary variable,determine the path through which the carbon emission rights trading mechanism affects carbon emission reduction,and discuss the"carbon emission rights trading mechanism-low-carbon technology innovation-emission reduction performance"among the three The relationship between the carbon emission trading mechanism and the carbon emission reduction mechanism has opened up a new perspective for the study of the impact of the carbon emission trading mechanism on emission reduction performance.Finally,it proposes countermeasures and suggestions to improve the effectiveness of the carbon emission trading mechanism for carbon emission reduction.In the context of global warming and the rapid development of the national carbon emission trading market,in order to smoothly transition to the national carbon emission trading mechanism and achieve carbon reduction in China Provide support for platoon targets.The research results verify the relationship between low-carbon technological innovation,industrial structure coordination and carbon emission rights trading mechanisms,and enrich the research on carbon emission reduction and carbon emission rights trading mechanisms.There are two paths for the carbon emission rights trading mechanism to affect the efficiency of carbon emission reduction,namely,there are parallel multiple mediating effects
