摘 要:目的:探索老年人衰老过程中定量脑电图的变化特征。方法:选取2016年1月~2020年6月在中日友好医院神经科行脑电图检查的健康老年人(>60岁)89例,分为A组(45例,年龄60~79岁)和B组(44例,年龄≥80岁),均进行定量脑电图分析,研究各导联的相对功率比(DTABR)(δ+θ)/(α+β)、α、θ频段的功率值及均值变化。结果:与A组低龄老年人相比,B组高龄老年人全脑的DTABR值均增大,全脑的α、θ频段功率值均降低,尤以左侧优势半球改变显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:定量脑电图是反映老年人脑功能衰退的监测手段之一。Objective:To explore the characteristics of quantitative electroencephalogram(QEEG)in normal elderly.Methods:A total of 89 normal elderly(>60 years old)admitted to Neurology Department of China-Japan Friendship Hospital from January 2016 to June 2020 were selected,they were divided into group A(45 cases,60-79 years old)and group B(44 cases,≥80 years old).We conducted QEEG on them and analyzed the relative power ratio(δ+θ)/(α+β)of each lead,the power values and average values ofα,θwaves of each lead were also analyzed.Results:Compare to group A,seniors of group B showed increase of whole brain DTABR([delta+theta]/[alpha+beta]ratio),and the power value ofαandθwaves of group B were all decreased especially in the left hemisphere,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:QEEG could be used as a monitoring tool to reflect brain deterioration in elderly.
