摘　　要：当前,加强黄河流域的自然生态保护、推动黄河流域高标准高质量发展,直接关系到"十四五"规划的顺利开局和2035远景目标的科学实现。对此,习近平总书记始终坚持运用马克思主义哲学和政治经济学观点,多次分析研究了黄河流域的自然生态保护和高标准高质量发展的若干重大问题,从全局的、战略的高度提出了统筹推进黄河流域自然生态保护和高标准高质量发展的重要思想,为我们灵活运用马克思主义哲学和政治经济学理论,科学推进新时代有中国特色社会主义建设提供了遵循、指明了方向。At present,strengthening the natural ecological protection of the Yellow River basin and promoting the development of the Yellow River Basin with high standard and high quality are directly related to the sound start of the“14 th Five-Year Plan”and the scientific realization of the Vision of 2035.Xi Jinping,General Secretary of the Chinese Communist Party(CCP)always adheres to the use of Marxist philosophy and political economics point of view,analyzing and studying several major issues in the natural ecological protection of Yellow River Basin and high quality development.He proposed an important thought from a global and strategic perspective to promote natural ecological protection of the Yellow River Basin in a holistic way and its high standard and high quality development,which provided a guidance for us to flexibly use Marxist philosophy and political economy theory to scientifically advance the building of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in a New Era.
