血清BAFF及IL-10水平与癫痫患儿脑电图异常改变的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨血清B细胞活化因子(BAFF)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平与癫痫患儿脑电图异常改变的相关性。方法抽取2018年5月至2020年6月三门峡市中心医院收治的84例癫痫患儿为研究对象,所有患儿均于入院次日检测血清BAFF、IL-10水平,之后行脑电图检查,观察癫痫患儿脑电图异常改变的发生情况。分析血清BAFF、IL-10水平与癫痫患儿脑电图异常改变的关系。结果经脑电图检查发现,84例癫痫患儿中脑电图异常改变43例,发生率为51.19%。脑电图异常改变患儿血清BAFF、IL-10水平均高于脑电图正常患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经Logistics回归分析结果显示,血清BAFF、IL-10水平是癫痫患儿脑电图异常改变的影响因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论血清BAFF、IL-10水平与癫痫患儿脑电图异常改变有关,即血清BAFF、IL-10水平越高,癫痫患儿越容易发生脑电图异常改变。Objective To investigate the correlation of the levels of serum B cell activating factor(BAFF)and interleukin-10(IL-10)with abnormal changes of electroencephalogram(EEG)in children with epilepsy.Methods Eighty-four children with epilepsy admitted to Sanmenxia Central Hospital from May 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.The levels of serum BAFF and IL-10 were detected on the next day after admission,and then EEG was performed to observe the changes of EEG in 84 children with EP.The relationship of the levels of BAFF and IL-10 with abnormal changes of EEG in children with epilepsy was analyzed.Results The EEG examination found that 43 cases of abnormal EEG changed in 84 children with epilepsy,the incidence was 51.19%.The levels of serum BAFF and IL-10 in children with abnormal EEG were higher than those in children with normal EEG(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that levels of serum BAFF and IL-10 were the influencing factors of abnormal EEG changes in children with epilepsy(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions The levels of serum BAFF and IL-10 are related to the abnormal changes of EEG in children with epilepsy,that is,children with epilepsy who have higher levels of serum BAFF and IL-10 are prone to have abnormal changes of EEG.
